A California Medical Center is in search of an Interim Infection Preventionist to join their team

The Position

• The Interim Infection Preventionist will be responsible for collaborating with departments across the facility to improve relationships while supporting the other ICP to see previous work started to the end.
• Ideal candidates will have excellent leadership skills, positive, engaging, and provide the vision for the department.
• A transformational leader that will provide solutions to issues.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CA license in lab or NR required, RN preferred. Compact license accepted.
  
  
  

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
