The Position

• The Interim Director of Finance, Physician Enterprise, will be responsible for the oversite and day-to-day financial operations throughout the physician enterprise, consisting of five hospitals.
• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this leader will be expected to compile and implement budgets, provide financial analyses, and decision support.
• Ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can hit the ground running while supporting the team(s) through transitions, final budget checks, and rollouts.
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and knowledge pertaining to budgeting/forecasting, pro formas, and interpreting financial performance will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required; master’s degree is preferred.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience within a related setting is required.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $180,000 to $185,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
