Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Care at Home Needed in California!
The Position
- An Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Care at Home is needed to provide hands-on clinical leadership and support for a Home Health team.
- Shift is from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of patient care, supervising clinical staff, and driving operational efficiency within the Care at Home program.
- The ideal candidate will have proven home health leadership experience, a BSN, and a current RN license. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active CA RN license required.
- Previous healthcare experience required.

- Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
