The Position

• The Interim Assistant Administrator of Planning, Construction, & Design will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction and project management operations throughout the facility.
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Interim Assistant Administrator will be responsible for managing two project management firms and will focus strongly on the designing and phasing out of current construction plans.
• This leader will ensure that top strategic life safety and healthcare facility practices are solidified and will oversee all ongoing construction projects.
• The ideal leader will bring excellent public speaking and communication skills in addition to knowledge pertaining to healthcare design and construction.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous construction design/planning within a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $205,000 to $215,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
