As a cornerstone of the rapidly growing healthcare safety net in Central Texas, CommUnityCare anchors a comprehensive, primary care-centered ambulatory platform within a novel, equity-focused public health system. The COO will drive operational excellence, champion innovation in care delivery, and ensure equitable access for a diverse and growing patient population.

This is a compelling opportunity for a mission-driven operator to make a profound impact. The COO must be a leader who thrives amidst ambiguity and can lead through significant change, working in a highly matrixed environment to build trust and drive results. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with deep experience in ambulatory care, a passion for process improvement, and the operational expertise to build a patient-centric, high-reliability organization.
