Lead financial stewardship and long-term sustainability as Chief Financial Officer at Ray County Hospital and Healthcare in Richmond, Missouri.

The Position

• The Chief Financial Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring financial health, and contributing to the hospital’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to the community.
• Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will serve as a close strategic and operational partner.
• Key responsibilities include leading the continued implementation and support of initiatives to strengthen the revenue cycle, planning and developing the capital budget, and advancing technology within the department to improve operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a solid understanding of healthcare finance. This individual must be a transparent, forward-thinking leader with an open communication style and a willingness to mentor and educate others. Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is essential.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience required; experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or rural healthcare setting is highly desirable.
