We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Failure Analysis Technician with 1–5 years of experience in diagnosing and root-causing failures in consumer electronics.
This role involves hands-on triage, reproducing issues, and supporting failure analysis investigations to improve product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform triage and root cause analysis on returned devices
- Reproduce failure modes and document findings clearly
- Execute failure analysis plans and identify gaps/improvements
- Conduct device teardown and hardware-level debugging (PCB/board level)
- Track and identify recurring failure patterns across units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations)
Required Skills:
- Experience in failure analysis, troubleshooting, or RCA for electronics
- Hands-on experience with consumer devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Knowledge of electrical fundamentals (voltage, current, resistance)
- Familiarity with lab tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, microscope)
