Production Associate

The ideal candidate should have previous production experience, strong mechanical skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities
- Build top quality products based on detailed work instructions
- Work efficiently to complete assembly requirements in a timely manner
- Cross train in other areas as directed by Production Manager or delegate
- Independent self-starter but also able to work in a team
- Properly complete all checklists and any other required documentation for unit builds
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering for custom units
- Always maintain a clean and safe work area
- Continually look for ways to improve products, reduce waste, and improve quality
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years production assembly or mechanical repair experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to pass pre-employment background screen
