I’m partnered with a leading national data center operator that provides turnkey development, facilities management, and mission-critical operations for enterprise and hyperscale customers across the U.S. They’re expanding their operations leadership team and are now seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to take full ownership of data center operations and drive 100% uptime across a high-availability environment.
This role offers full responsibility for managing technicians, vendor partners, data hall operations, maintenance programs, and customer relationships — ensuring exceptional reliability, safety, and operational performance.

Key Skills & Experience:
• 5–7 years’ experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, high-performance manufacturing, or relevant military operations.
• Proven experience managing shift-based technicians, contractors, and onsite operations teams.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, electrical distribution, cooling, fire protection, and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to manage power & cooling capacity, environmental conditions, maintenance programs, and emergency responses.
• Experience overseeing budgets, preventive maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills — able to act as the single point of contact for all facility-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of procedures, change control, SLA compliance, safety, and operational standards in mission-critical environments.
