We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee key asset development projects across our Los Angeles portfolio. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who excels in coordinating complex initiatives, managing timelines, and ensuring project delivery meets scope, budget, and quality standards. This role works closely with clients, vendors, internal teams, and property management to ensure successful outcomes from kickoff through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute multiple projects simultaneously.Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.Oversee resource planning, allocation, and availability.Develop detailed and actionable project plans to monitor timelines and progress.Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using proper verification/control processes.Track and measure performance using project management tools, analytics, and reporting.Provide regular updates, reports, and escalation notices to senior management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property management, and relevant stakeholders.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.Meet with clients to gather requirements and clarify project expectations.Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure successful completion of short-term and long-term goals.Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and adjust project constraints as needed.Prepare spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to support planning and documentation.Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager overseeing multi-stakeholder projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and adjust plans proactively.Strong vendor management and client-facing skills.Problem-solver with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.ScheduleMonday–Friday, standard business hoursCompany DescriptionWe support clients in over 100 markets around the world.
