We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Food Prep to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment.
- Support the cooking staff by preparing ingredients for menu items as needed.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during peak service times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as required for special events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or catering is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent cleaning skills.
