What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to 6–10 trainees and associate-level clinicians
- Maintain a caseload of 10–20 patients per week (individual, family, and group therapy)
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and reassessments
- Ensure high-quality, compliant clinical documentation and medical necessity standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinicians
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Provide guidance on ethical, legal, and clinical best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed LMFT or LCSW
- 2 years post-licensure and eligible to supervise per BBS standards
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Prior clinical supervision or leadership experience preferred
- Strong experience working with mild to severe behavioral health conditions
- Experience with diverse populations, including substance use and cross-cultural care
- Passion for or connection to the LGBTQ community strongly preferred
- Clinical supervision certification preferred but not required (open to obtaining after hire)
Compensation & Benefits
- $105,000 – $115,000 base salary
