What You’ll Own
- Lead Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives across the hospital
- Drive regulatory compliance & accreditation readiness (CIHQ-aligned)
- Oversee risk management, infection prevention, and patient safety programs
- Spearhead survey readiness and continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze quality metrics and outcomes to guide decision-making
- Utilize quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis) to improve processes
- Partner closely with clinical and operational leadership to elevate care
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in Quality, Risk, or Infection Control in healthcare
- Experience with regulatory/accreditation processes (The Joint Commission or CIHQ)
- Active clinical license (RN, RT, or similar)
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Acute care or hospital-based experience
- CIHQ certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation
- $96,000 – $105,000 base salary (with flexibility)
