The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented design assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a great starting point for a recent graduate or someone early in their design career who wants to learn the business from the ground up in a boutique luxury studio environment. You will support our design team across a range of day-to-day tasks and gain real exposure to how a high-end design practice operates.
What you'll do
- Assist with light drafting and basic drawings under designer directionSupport procurement — tracking orders, communicating with vendors, and following up on deliveriesAssist with material and product selections, pulling samples and researching optionsMaintain and organize the studio sample and product libraryHelp prepare client presentations and assemble mood boardsAssist with general project coordination and administrative support
