About the Role
Our client is hiring a Fleet Support Analyst to help keep an autonomous vehicle fleet operating safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This role sits at the center of real-time fleet operations, where you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate escalations, and help ensure daily work is completed in line with service expectations and operating standards.
This is an in-person, fast-paced operations role based in Miami. You will work closely with operators, engineers, management, and passengers, translating technical issues into clear updates and helping create a strong feedback loop by documenting issues in Jira and sharing findings back with the Fleet Support Engineering team for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues.
Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting using telemetry data and autonomous vehicle system knowledge.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams and support timely intervention.
Ensure daily operational tasks are completed in accordance with SLAs and company standards.
Help maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards during your designated shift.
Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions in Jira and related systems.
Analyze historical fleet data to identify recurring issues and trends.
Support preventive actions that reduce repeat issues and improve fleet uptime.
Communicate status updates clearly with passengers, operators, engineers, and management teams.
Help ensure shifts are properly covered, including out-of-office and sick-day gaps.
Participate in on-call rotation support, including possible day, swing, and midnight shifts.
Qualifications for Success
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience, ideally in automotive, transportation, or a related operational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electric vehicle technology.
Experience remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware.
Experience with Linux and Python-based systems for fleet-level data processing.
Experience with software that interfaces with hardware.
Exposure to autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, or related technologies.
