Building Superintendent

We are seeking a Building Superintendent to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep boiler, mechanical equipment, and building components in repair.The job consist on the maintenance of 2 adjacent properties , one with 33 apartments and another one with 16 apartment Responsibilities:Repair major and minor issues related to apartments in the buildingComplete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashionOrder and replace broken parts or equipmentMaintain a clean and a safe work spacePerform recycling and prepare garbage for collections snow removal Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with hand-held tools and equipmentJanitorial experience Ability to handle physical workloadCompany DescriptionFounded over 50 years ago, Amesly Realty Management Corp strive for providing the best possible residential services to its tenants .
