Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

- Salary: $21 – 24.50 per hour depending on experience and education
- Schedule: Full-time, four - five shifts/week (average 30 - 40 hours/week)

Who You Are:
If you have a professional, friendly personality and love to help people and their pets, you will fit right in with our Client Service Team!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required
- 1 years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred
- Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred
- Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Very detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment
