Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused sales professional to manage customer and vendor relationships within the Division 10 community, managing the sales process and ensuring the successful execution of customer projects. This role requires a driven sales person with strong communication skills, a high level of technical accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams, manufacturers, and customers. ADA knowledge is a plus.
Location: We are seeking one Regional Sales Manager located near Dallas, Texas and one located near Ball Ground, Ga.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Create new relationships through tradeshows, etc.
- Meet with new and existing customers.
- Some travel required.
- Work with installation teams for partitions, etc.
- Work with manufacturers regarding product scope, etc.
- ADA knowledge.
- Nationwide coverage
Vendor & Project Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable communication, favorable pricing, and product availability.
- Evaluate product options by estimating costs, markups, availability, and suitable alternates when required.
- Prepare and deliver project quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up on outstanding or pending project quotes to drive conversions and support customer needs.
- Process and manage project orders, ensuring customers are updated on shipping timelines and delivery expectations.
- Approve billing and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Customer Support & CRM Updates
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within CRM systems to support operational visibility and customer experience.
- Provide design specifications tailored to customer requirements and project scope.
- Train customers on how to conduct proper onsite surveys to ensure successful system planning and deployment.
Manufacturer & Internal Collaboration
- Navigate and work within manufacturer portals for pricing, product configurations, order placement, and documentation.
- Promote and sell Access Pro Supply products and solutions through consultative engagement and product expertise.
