Must-Have Requirements:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or Capital Markets
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or technology environments
- Expertise managing large, complex investment portfolios (corporate and FBO/customer funds)
- Experience with interest income forecasting, float analysis, and yield optimization
- Hands-on experience with FX trading and commercial FX risk management
- Strong understanding of investment compliance, regulatory requirements, and corporate/debt covenants
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Job Description:
The Treasury Manager will support Corporate Capital Markets and Treasury operations in a high-visibility role. This position is responsible for managing significant corporate and customer (FBO) cash and investment portfolios, optimizing float and interest income, and supporting the growth of global payments products through strategic foreign exchange management. The role requires close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, along with oversight of third-party vendors and financial counterparties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead management and execution of corporate and FBO investment portfolios in compliance with investment policies and risk tolerances
- Oversee foreign exchange execution, including trading strategies, counterparty management, and operational flows for global payment products
- Monitor capital markets, interest rate environments, and credit risk exposures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and debt covenants
- Develop forecasting models for float balances, interest income, and related expenses
- Analyze and report on portfolio performance and yield optimization
- Provide strategic input to annual planning and quarterly forecasting related to net interest income
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on payments product design, development, and launch
- Translate regulatory, capital markets, and FX requirements into product features and workflows
- Drive automation, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives across treasury operations
- Manage banking relationships and counterparty risk
- Enhance treasury policies, procedures, and operational risk controls
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant treasury, finance, or capital markets experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and automation tools
- Exposure to AI/Machine Learning applications in treasury processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CFA, or CTP
