Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in the US, providing a wide range of Energy-related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished Talent Advisor.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- TITLE: Talent Advisor
- LOCATION: Hybrid Role - 2Days Remote | 3 Days Onsite at 4 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003
- DURATION: 6 months with possibilities of extension.
- WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- PAY RATE: Max $50.00/hr. W2 (depending upon experience)
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Talent Advisor manages high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- This role supports recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, and managing large applicant pipelines, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- The position also supports reorganization initiatives and assists with onboarding activities, including new union hire orientations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage high-volume full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles. Source candidates through job boards and recruiting channels. Screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain detailed tracking and reporting using advanced Excel spreadsheets.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet staffing needs. Support recruitment team initiatives and organizational changes.
- Assist with new union hire orientations.
- Ensure accuracy in recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate tracking.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience working with a high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced, multi-moving-part environment.
- Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in creating Excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders.

- Razor-sharp attention to detail
- Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment.
- Strong personality, looking for a candidate who can keep the team on track and in line.
- Experience working on engineering-related roles, utility, telecom, a huge plus.
