OVERVIEW:
Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in the US providing a wide range of Energy-related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished Talent Advisor.
** TITLE: Talent Advisor
** LOCATION: Hybrid Role - 2Days Remote | 3 Days Onsite at 4 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003
** DURATION: 6 months with possibilities of extension.
** WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $45.00/hr. – $50.00/hr W2 (depending upon experience)
Position Overview:
- The Talent Advisor will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across utility, engineering, and telecom functions in a high-volume environment. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can partner with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining strong compliance and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Track and report candidate pipeline metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and reporting standards.
- Prepare and present weekly hiring reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Participate in process improvement projects and team collaboration initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in utility, engineering, or telecom recruiting.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data management skills, including the ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets with multiple data points.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience recruiting for engineering, utility, or telecom roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting metrics.
- Team player with a proactive and confident communication style.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience with auditing or compliance processes a plus.
