Details:
- $50 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract - Temp to Hire
- Hybrid in NYC: 3 days on site, 2 days remote

- Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts.
- Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders
- Team player
- Proved track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables
- Strong organizations skills
- Razor sharp attention to detail
- Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment
- Strong personality, looking for a candidate who can keep the team on track and in line
- Experience working on Engineering related roles, utility, telecom a huge plus.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Support recruitment staff and reorganization initiatives.
- Assist in conducting new union hire orientations.
- Must able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and remain composed with accuracy in completing work projects
