Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant (Warehouse Operations)
Location: Everett, WA – Onsite
Pay Rate: $20.95/hour
Schedule
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Work Type: Onsite
Position Overview:
This position supports operations within a Central Fill Pharmacy located in Everett, WA that supplies patient-level prescriptions for a large national retail pharmacy chain. The environment is a fast-paced, automated refill center focused on high-volume pick, pack, and ship operations.
There is no patient interaction, phone support, or insurance processing involved in this role. Team members work together in a production-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and prepare prescriptions for shipping
- Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions to prepare shipments
- Sort orders by store location and place into totes for distribution
- Load packaged products into trucks for shipment
- Maintain workflow to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to federal and state HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety
- Identify and escalate operational issues when necessary
- Promote and follow the company’s ICARE principles

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 20–25 pounds
