Position: Product Owner - Data Analytics (Job Id – 26-01206)

Location: New York NY 10003 (HYBRID 1-2 Days Onsite/3 Days Remote)

Duration: 6 months with potential to convert to FTE

• Serve as Product Owner for an Agile development pod delivering analytics-driven capabilities across Customer Operations.
• Own analytics use cases from business requirements through production delivery, including roadmap, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with business, analytics, data, engineering, and technology teams to translate operational challenges into actionable product solutions. Support Customer Operations functions such as Credit & Collections, Contact Center, and Back Office operations.
• Develop an understanding of Customer Operations data and ensure delivered analytics solutions provide measurable business and operational value

Must Have

• Agile product management tools and methodologies for backlog, sprint, and product delivery management
• Analytics / data / business intelligence environments, with experience delivering data-driven solutions
• Experience working with enterprise data and multiple data sources/systems
• Note: Oracle CC&B should be treated as preferred rather than required based on the job description.
• 3 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Product Owner, or similar experience, including Agile delivery/pod experience
• Proven ability to own analytics or data-driven use cases from requirements through implementation
• Strong backlog management and requirements writing, including user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria
• Strong business-to-technology translation and stakeholder management, working across business, analytics, data, and technical teams

NICE TO HAVE

• Oracle CC&B or comparable utility/customer information system experience
• Experience supporting Customer Service, Customer Operations, Contact Center, Credit & Collections, or Back Office
• Experience with customer/operational analytics, cloud-based analytics environments, utilities, or other complex enterprise environments
