Pharmacy Assistant

This position is for a Central Fill pharmacy located in Everett, WA, supplying patient-level prescriptions for a large retail national chain. The role involves working in an automated refill center, performing warehouse operations such as packing prescriptions, receiving, and shipping.

• Process orders for shipping.
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions to prepare for shipping.
• Sort orders by store location and place in totes for shipping.
• Load product into trucks.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Review reports for errors.
• Pack patient paperwork and prescriptions.
• Sort patient orders.

• Pharmacy support experience.
• WA State Pharmacy Assistant License (applicants can apply upon acceptance for the position as the license takes 1-2 weeks to process).
• 0-1 year of experience in a pharmacy production environment.
• Data entry skills.
• Experience with pick, pack, and ship operations.
• Healthcare support knowledge.
• Prescription refill handling.

• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift (8 hours per day).
• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping.

This role is set in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a safety-first attitude. The atmosphere is focused on pick, pack, and ship high-volume automation, ideal for individuals looking to grow and advance in their careers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with mandatory overtime up to 1 hour, occasionally extending to 2 hours following major US holidays. The position is on-site and does not involve patient interaction or insurance data entry. This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.95 - $20.95/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Everett,WA.
