Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Medical Office (Practice) Coordinator.

*** Duration: Up to 22 weeks contract w/ possibility of extension

Notes:

• 100% onsite role.
• Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 4:30PM.

Description:

• Job duties: Front Desk & Back office.
• Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 100 patients in clinic per day.

Qualifications:

• Reliable, Time Management Skills, Professionalism, Adaptable, Quick learner, and Thrives in Fast Paced Environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail skills.
• Strongly prefer Apex trained/experienced candidates.
