Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Human Resources Generalist.

*** Location: Los Angeles, CA 90095

*** Duration: 22-week contract with the possibility of extensions

Note:

• Hybrid role: requires onsite work 2-3 days a week (Tue/Thu/Fri) and is non-negotiable.

Qualifications:

• Hospital / Healthcare / Medical Center / Higher Education industry experience.
• Customer service experience and acumen within an office or medical environment required, as well as strong administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of or experience with HR systems, HR processes, and supporting department management and executives.
• Intermediate experience with all Microsoft programs required.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Monday.com, AI, or other project management tools strongly preferred.
