Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Epic Cadence Scheduling Template Analyst.

*** Duration: 18 weeks contract w/ possibility of extension

Notes:

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid. The position requires periodic onsite presence at the Emeryville office and/or multiple Company locations locally for 1–3 consecutive business days, approximately 2–4 times per year, based on business need.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time.

Description:

• Template builder is responsible for creating, analyzing, and supporting provider and ancillary templates.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for template design and build through analysis of provider utilization reports.
• Scope includes template design and management for provider schedules.
• Performs duties pertaining to scheduling templates, managing all incoming change requests for provider templates in EPIC.
• Responsible for determining impact on decision trees and maintaining organization standards.
• Template Maintenance Team identifies and proactively mitigates issues which create barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow.

Qualifications:

• Looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Epic Cadence scheduling template builds and management, basic knowledge of decision trees, and experience onboarding clinicians to improve patient access.
• Epic Cadence certificate preferred (not required).
