We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the Lab and Pharmacy application workstreams for the Central Laboratory Relocation project. This role focuses on application build, implementation, and optimization not construction or facility relocation. The Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, Epic implementation, operational readiness, and change management to ensure a successful transition to the new Oyster Point laboratory facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Central Laboratory relocation project.
  • Manage Epic application build, implementation, and optimization activities for Lab (Beaker) and Pharmacy (Willow).
  • Coordinate laboratory operations, IT infrastructure, equipment integration, workflow redesign, operational readiness, and organizational change management.
  • Manage project governance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, Health IT, laboratory operations, and external vendors.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, contingency plans, and mitigation strategies.
  • Track project KPIs and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and align project execution with business strategy.
  • Support project estimation, resource planning, testing, defect management, and governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through project management best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • EPIC Project Management experience (Required).
  • 5 7 years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience managing technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience with Epic Beaker and/or Epic Willow implementation and optimization.
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and risk management.
  • Ability to anticipate project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading technology teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Epic applications.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Epic Certification in one or more Clinical or Revenue Cycle applications.
  • Knowledge of computing infrastructure, networking, software operations, and disaster recovery.
