Indelicato & Coffey, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC, is seeking a registered Client Relationship Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. At Indelicato & Coffey we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our Financial Advisors and an essential point of contact for our clients. You will help deliver a seamless advisory experience by managing the operations team, as well as client relationships, supporting the financial planning process, and executing and managing key operational activities that keep the practice running smoothly.
The Client Relationship Manager will primarily assist Private Wealth Advisors and Financial Advisors in the financial planning workflow, as well as managing all operational processes that support business objectives. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities, as well as implement the vision of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice in alignment with our mission, values, and client-first philosophy
- Serve as the lead "client-care officer", maintaining strong relationships through direct interaction with clients and key business partners
- Oversee team workflows, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently and executed with quality and precision
- Motivate and lead a high-performing team
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring the effectiveness of all internal and external processes, delivering timely and accurate reporting on business performance
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and success, promoting teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement across the practice
- Manage and maintain the CRM system and client database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Series 7
- Series 66
- 5 years of proven experience in financial services
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS office
