Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship & Sales Manager to join our Engagement & Growth team. This role is primarily internal-facing, with structured outbound responsibilities to engage financial advisors. The ideal candidate will nurture and grow existing advisor relationships, conduct proactive outreach through a tiered calling program, and support new business development through follow-up with prospects and referrals.
The role also includes select external responsibilities—supporting roadshows, industry conferences, and occasionally accompanying senior sales leadership on client visits. This is a growth-oriented role that blends relationship management, inside sales, and advisor enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Relationship Management & Retention
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned advisors, responding to inquiries and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct structured tiered outreach calls (A/B/C advisors) to strengthen relationships, maintain engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver timely proposals, illustrations, and servicing updates.
- Educate advisors on New Frontier’s investment philosophy, process, and portfolios to deepen adoption.
Sales & New Business Development Support
- Call on advisor prospects and referrals to introduce New Frontier solutions and qualify opportunities.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and conferences to drive pipeline growth.
- Support senior sales leadership by setting appointments, preparing materials, and ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Contribute to growth of assets under management (AUM) by expanding wallet share with current clients and identifying new opportunities.
Advisor Engagement & Enablement
- Support roadshows, conferences, and advisor events in various cities.
- Deliver webinars, demos, or training sessions for advisors and partners, with guidance from senior sales and investment teams.
- Provide input on marketing collateral, toolkits, and communication strategies to support advisor success.
CRM & Pipeline Discipline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all advisor interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Track engagement, pipeline progression, and sales activity to support reporting and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in financial services and client relationship management or internal sales.
- Understanding of RIAs, financial advisors, and the wealth management distribution landscape.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with outbound calling and proactive outreach.
- Experience supporting or partnering with external sales professionals.
- Licenses (Series 65/66) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for roadshows, conferences, and client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus potential
