Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system

Salary : $47,000 - $65,000
