Key Responsibilities
- Build wooden shipping crates to accurate dimensions using basic carpentry tools, including automated upcut saws and table saws.
- Accurately process outgoing orders, ensuring proper fit, stability, and labeling of crated products.
- Cut lumber and plywood to correct length and width specifications.
- Safely load and organize outgoing shipments on designated trucks.
- Receive, handle, and organize incoming materials with attention to inventory control and workstation cleanliness.
- Maintain a well-organized work area and ensure all tools are used and stored correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to execute efficient and accurate workflows throughout the day.
- Use power tools and equipment with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures, helping maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and cross-functional team needs.
- Pay Rate: $17-$22
