We are hiring a reliable, experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving team and help maintain the high standards that have kept us growing year after year.
Responsibilities
- Operate steel-wheel, vibratory, and pneumatic-tire rollers
- Compact asphalt to required density and smoothness
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
- Work closely with paver operators, laborers, and supervisors
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Assist with general job site tasks as needed
- Follow all safety rules and company policies
Qualifications
- 3 years experience operating asphalt rollers or similar equipment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Knowledge of asphalt paving and compaction techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work extended hours, weekends, and varying weather
