Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our Sealcoat Team, you will:
- Apply a protective, paint-like sealant to driveways, enhancing and preserving their appearance.
- Use equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, push brooms, and other hand tools to prepare and complete each project.
- Ensure clean and tidy job sites by clearing debris and maintaining a safe workspace.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by your supervisor or foreman.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- 21 years of age or older
- Reliable and punctual—ready to tackle each day with enthusiasm.
- Comfortable working outdoors and capable of lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to getting the job done right.
- Strong communicators, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Holders of a valid driver’s license (required).
- To be eligible for employment, you must be an insurable driver.
