Key Responsibilities
- Accurately execute on-demand premium drafting in compliance with departmental guidelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for policyholders
- Apply and refund premiums for life and annuity products in accordance with established procedures and service standards
- Perform basic accounting transactions between company accounts and resolve routine suspense out-of-balance situations
- Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers, with a strong focus on written communication including email, letters, and system-based correspondence
- Contribute to a variety of departmental tasks, supporting team priorities and adapting to evolving business needs
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Americo systems and tools (e.g., NBUW, Vantage, AWD, Americo.com, Microsoft Outlook, SSRS, Navision, PAS, Dashboard, Web-Ex Contact Center, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Foundational knowledge of customer service and financial services
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally correspond via email and internal systems
- Effective verbal communication skills for occasional phone-based interactions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on respect and teamwork
