Insurance Policyholder Services Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Policyholder Services Associate to join our team! In this role, you will handle in-force policy requests, maintain accurate files, and provide timely updates to policyholders and agents. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple systems in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process in-force policy requests across multiple work types and various systems, in accordance with State and Federal guidelines
- Prepare accurate written correspondence to life insurance policy owners and agents
- Create disbursements and financial transactions in accordance with policy processing guidelines
- Research problem situations to correct user or system errors in support of clients and other business units
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Train other associates
- Meet all service level agreements on processing requests
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Independent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to complete more complex financial and non-financial requests
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while accomplishing work-related items
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to deadlines
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High School Diploma/GED required.
