Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room availability.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
  • Conduct night audits when required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and properly documented.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enrich guest experiences.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and guest relations to foster loyalty and positive reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality management protocols and safety procedures at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse guests effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations.
  • Experience handling night audit procedures and managing guest accounts is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
