Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care to ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures adhering to health standards to promote a hygienic environment
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean surfaces, carpets, windows, and fixtures effectively
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while following safety protocols
• Conduct outdoor work including patio or balcony cleaning and maintaining exterior common areas as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents or clients to address specific cleaning requests or concerns in a courteous manner

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment
• Skilled in floor cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina
• Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interaction and feedback
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces; familiarity with residential housekeeping practices is preferred
