Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders
- Supervise or assist in supervising maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or related fields.
- Experience in painting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to read manuals accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to perform hotel maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial for addressing internal or external client needs. This role is vital for maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities.
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
