What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Laborer position at Becker Property Maintenance LLC?
Job requirements are as follows but not limited to- Using zero turn, trimmer, leaf blower and other commercial grade lawn care equipment. Duties are mowing, trimming, raking and other general labor type work. Also snow shoveling in the winter time during snow events.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs regularly, must be available for longer days and weekends when necessary. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. Position is full time spring through fall with year round potential for the right candidate. Experience in commercial and/or residential lawn care a plus, willing to train.
