What You’ll Do:
- Take on a variety of tasks, from small repairs to bigger projects—no two days are alike
- Keep our vacation homes safe, beautiful, and ready for lasting memories
- Step in quickly when help is needed, always with a friendly attitude
- Keep track of the work you do and the tools you use so everything runs smoothly
- Work with safety and care in every project
- Responding to issues as part of an on-call rotation
What You Bring:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to get to job sites
- Strength and energy to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the job
- An eye for detail and a “see what needs to be done” mindset
- Good communication and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Confidence to take on tasks independently while knowing you’ve got a crew to back you up
