We have five locations across Middle Tennessee to better serve the riders and as a result, we are Middle Tennessee’s largest dealer group. As a combined company, we are a $38 million dollar company. If so, we have a great opportunity for you as a Service Advisor/Writer in Madison, TN.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with the dealership management software, Lightspeed EVO.
- Interact with customers regarding their service and recommended necessary maintenance items.
- Act as liaison between customers and technicians.
- Actively work to promote a spirit of harmony with other departments.
- Work with manufacturers to resolve issues and warranty.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous service writing experience preferred
- Motorcycling/powersports experience preferred
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills - including both written and verbal
- Have outstanding listening skills
- Must be able to work Tuesday – Friday from 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm. Additional hours as needed.
Opportunity to earn Commission pay in a busy service center!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
