Motorcycle Sales Rep

We have a great opportunity to sale fun as a Motorcycle Sales Rep in Madison, if you would like to help customers find their next motorcycle, watercraft, or off-road ATV/UTV. Previous customer service/sales experience is required. Base pay plus commission and bonus each paycheck. Responsibilities:

• Greeting to all customers warmly in an inviting way upon entering the dealership.
• Applies the key sales fundamentals by participating in a “Sales Culture.”
• Maintains product knowledge of all vehicles sold at the dealership and has the ability to explain all features, functions, and benefits to customers.
• Complete all paperwork involved in sales transactions in a timely manner as defined by dealership policy.
• Effective customer communication throughout the sales process.
• Ensures that all vehicles on the showroom floor have drive-out tags installed on them.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and ability in learning and implementing the dealership sales system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Highly organized, and able to handle prioritizing tasks and responsibilities that are time sensitive.
• Highly motivated.
• Motorcycle license is preferred.
• Must be able to work Tuesday – Friday from 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm. Additional hours as needed.

Base rate Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
