About First Class Auto Sales
First Class Auto Sales is an established, finance-focused used car dealership on Dickerson Road in Goodlettsville, TN, just down the road from the old Rivergate Mall. We've been in business 11 years and we're part of a multi-store dealership group operating across the Nashville area. We're hiring 1 sales rep to join a tight 3-person team.

- Real lead flow. Reps work a steady stream of internet leads, walk-ins, and incoming calls. You'll have customers to sell to from day one.
- Inventory that sells itself. About 70% of our inventory is priced under $25K. Late-model, low-mileage cars, trucks, and SUVs, including 2025 model vehicles. Many still under factory warranty. - We say yes when other dealers say no. First-time buyer programs, credit rebuilding programs, buy here pay here, self-employed, and zero-down financing. Our approval programs put deals together that other stores cannot get done, which means more deals you can actually close.
- Small team, no nonsense. Steve is our Store Manager and a true work horse. He's on the floor every day, he leads from the front, and he runs a tight ship. Two of our three sales seats are filled by producers. The third just opened up.
Pay Structure
Commission based with multiple bonus opportunities, including per-unit pay, customer review bonuses, volume bonuses, and daily spiffs.
- Average reps earn $4,500 to $6,000/month
- Strong reps earn $8,000 to $10,000 /month
- Top performers in our dealership group earn six figures annually

What You'll Do
- Greet walk-in customers and work incoming leads and calls
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process
- Present financing options clearly and respectfully
- Follow up on internet leads and prior customers
- Build trust, close deals, and earn repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For
We're open to both experienced auto sales reps and sharp, polished people new to the industry. Some of our best performers came in with no car sales experience. What matters most:
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Builds trust quickly with customers
- Self-motivated, dependable, follows up
- Comfortable presenting financing options
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or until the last customer is served
- 5-day work week with Sundays always off, plus one fixed weekday off
- Saturdays required
- Open to a 6-day schedule if you want the extra income. Many of our top earners choose to work 6 days
- Open most holidays. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
