Nashville ClearBra is the fastest-growing XPEL-certified automotive protection shop in the Southeast, two years in a row, serving high-end vehicle owners and dealership clients in Tennessee.
We are looking for a sharp, professional person to join our front office sales team and help clients choose the right Paint Protection Film, Window Tint, Ceramic Coating, and related services.
This role is a strong fit for someone with experience as an automotive service writer, service advisor, estimator, or a driven sales professional who knows how to communicate well, build trust, follow through, and help grow business.
This is a premium automotive protection role focused on helping clients protect and enhance their vehicles, not dealing with traditional repair-shop problems all day.
What you will do
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs
- Recommend the right services based on goals and budget
- Follow up on leads and help close work
- Coordinate with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Build strong long-term relationships with retail and dealership clients
- Help support company growth through follow-up, relationship building, occasional event participation, and light social media involvement when needed

- Service writer, advisor, estimator, or automotive sales experience is a plus
