What You Will Do:
- The ideal candidate will generate new business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales while supporting existing clients
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- . Meet established goals for territory and sales quotas.
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
Qualifications:
- Marketing, Sales or related field experience preferred
- 3 years' experience in sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in the automobile industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High School Diploma required or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Must be 21 years of age or over with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
