General Summary
The Trim Technician Lead must be able to complete the duties of a Trimmer in addition to their lead functions. In this role, the Trim Lead in conjunction with the Trim Room Manager and Trim Department Manager will oversee the overall success and operational efficiency of the trim department.
Essential Job Functions

Successfully set-up and open / close the trim room
Accurately weigh and record weights and discrepancies from trimmers product
Operate the pop machine
Properly label and account for ALL product
Ability to correctly enter data in the Trimmer Tracker and Intake Form
Conduct quality checks on trimmers’ bags, bin room climate settings and workability of the product
Properly train trimmers on ACAS expectations and document any workplace violations
Work in collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee 15-30 trimmers per shift

High School Diploma / G.E.D preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age

This position supervises the department trim technicians
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory restock, and store merchandising
The job requires the employee to work with cannabis which is a plant that contains pollens and certain allergens that can cause an allergic reaction in persons who are sensitive to the pollens and plant matter
Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary store related items
Ability to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including back stockroom, employee lunchroom, restrooms
Ability to safely lift boxes up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable climbing ladders
Expected hours of work
This is a full-time position
Holidays are expected to be worked
Typical workdays and hours are between Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm
