The Lead RV Service Technician requires a strong background in maintenance and repair. The successful RV Technician must be dedicated, able to communicate effectively with customers and manufacturers, possess the ability to diagnose and fix problems, be a self-starter, and maintain a focus on quality.Essential Job Skills:*Ability to diagnose and repair generators (Gasoline/Diesel).* Ability to diagnose and repair RV appliances, and additional ability to fix electrical (12V/110V), plumbing, hydraulic systems, awnings, suspension, and all other systems related to RVs.* Construction skills to repair metal siding damage, structural damage, roof replacement, and various other structural repairs.* Must have own tools appropriate to skill level.* Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.* Must have professional references who can verify work experience.* Certification in trade fields such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Automotive is a plus!*RVIA Certification.The hourly wage is based on experience, with a clear path to earn increases.Company DescriptionRV Supply Center Inc was established in 1985 and has been serving the High Desert for 40 years.
