- Conduct initial phone interviews, applicant intake, and candidate screening calls.
- Guide incoming job seekers through internal applications and onboarding workflows.
- Assist the branch team in organizing, dispatching, and placing workers into local industrial roles.
- Maintain proactive daily phone and email check-ins with client companies and field staff.
- Manage digital filing, document auditing, and help meet collaborative branch goals.
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 / hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Puyallup, WA.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced professional office setting.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling and multi-line phone interactions.
- Experience in customer service, call centers, front desk reception, or hospitality transfers perfectly!
- A goal-oriented work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
