Description for Shipping & Receiving:
- Receive materials and verify that markings, dimensions, and weights match shipping documentation perfectly.
- Proactively alert the quality inspection department immediately if an asset non-conformity is suspected.
- Enter verified materials into tracking inventory and move freight cleanly to assigned staging bays.
- Prepare highly accurate shipping manifests, bills of lading, and freight documentation.
- Palletize, wrap, and package finished products securely to ensure zero-defect transit runs.
- Interact professionally with delivery and pickup drivers to streamline daily yard schedules.
Details for Shipping & Receiving:
- Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time Day Shift).
- Location: Cowlitz County.
Requirements for Shipping & Receiving:
- Strong technical comprehension with the ability to understand complex data and apply logical reasoning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication habits to coordinate safely with line crews and drivers.
- Competent executing basic shop math calculations, including division, subtraction, and computing percentages.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and demonstrate understanding of core facility AVAF processes.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first work ethic.
